We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Officer/Supervisor Corporate Action Direct Custody and Clearing.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Monitor Corporate Action announcement from various sources e.g., IDX, KSEI, Euroclear, company's website, MT564 for onshore and offshore fund.
• Capture Corporate Action announcement into GHSS system.
• Monitor Corporate Action advices to entitled clients.
• Monitor and process client's option instruction.
• Reconcile client's entitlement against CSDs (e.g., KSEI, BI, Euroclear) records.
• Process WHT calculation/report related to client's entitlement.
• Process FX funding/repatriation instruction from client.
• Process Corporate Action/Income benefit distribution into entitled client's account.
• Process Corporate Action/Income claim to counterparties. 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Indonesia Citizen only
• Hold a minimum bachelor degree preferrable in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Good communication skills as it requires constant communication with other HSBC units and external parties.
• Good English skills and proficient with spreadsheet system.
• A client centric and delivery focused person.
• Has sufficient knowledge on Capital Market Industry.
• Excellent time management, planning and organization skills.
