Officer Technical Service

As a Technical Services Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our company’s reputation for excellence. Your primary focus will be on delivering top-quality after-sales service while adhering to established procedures. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless technical support for our clients.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain high standards of after-sales service.
  • Follow established operating procedures to ensure consistent quality.
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide technical expertise.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by sharing insights and best practices.
  • Ensure alignment with company regulations within our matrix organization.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with end users, including hospital Biomedical Engineers.
  • Understand their needs, address concerns, and provide personalized support.
  • Act as a bridge between technical aspects and customer satisfaction.

Professional competencies

  • Min. Diploma 3 Biomedical Engineer (D3 ATEM) or majoring in Electronic or Technical.
  • Proven experience in Technical Services, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with standard operating procedures and a commitment to quality.

Personal competencies

  • Ability to understand about technical product that related with principle of technology, diagram flow, block diagram and the operating of product/machine to equip Technician for perform service activities such as installation, maintenance and solving problem.
  • The ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal and written).
  • Ability how to provide better and standard service based on customer experience's journey that interacted with our Technical Service team. Starting from received inquiry or complain until closing the case.
