Qualifications
- Proven 1-2 years experience in partnership development/event management/sales, preferably in the automotive or service industry
- Strong negotiation, selling, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Deep understanding in the automotive after sales industry is a plus
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to achieving goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Flexibility to work on weekends for events with just compensation
Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with locals, relevant communities, and organizations to drive offline customer acquisition
- Lead the planning and execution of offline events, including community engagements, partners collaborations and local events in small and large scale to attract new customers and enhance brand awareness
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and events, including coordinating logistics, marketing materials, and follow-up strategies
- Implement strategies to generate leads and drive foot traffic to offline events through targeted outreach, promotions, networking efforts and others
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners and event stakeholders to maximize collaboration opportunities and ensure mutual success
- Develop and implement monitoring mechanisms to track the effectiveness of partnership activities and offline events, including long-term outcomes and ROI
