Offline Education Consultant (Kotabaru, Yogyakarta)

Join our dynamic team as an Education Consultant at Sekolah Murid Merdeka, where we blend professionalism with a lively and flexible work atmosphere. In this role, you'll be responsible for achieving company targets, both in revenue and student enrollment, by introducing and explaining our products to end users through direct selling. You'll collaborate with our internal teams to meet targets, assist in marketing activities, execute assigned marketing activations, implement company strategies, maintain and strategize with end users, foster strong relationships, and explore opportunities for upselling. At Sekolah Murid Merdeka, we're on a mission to make learning fun, and as an Education Consultant (Sales), you'll play a key part in making this mission a reality.

What you will do?

• Take ownership of company targets, including revenue and student enrollment.
• Introduce and elucidate product offerings to end users through direct selling.
• Drive sales growth to meet and exceed set targets.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to achieve common goals.
• Contribute to the execution of company marketing activities to meet targets.
• Execute assigned marketing activations.
• Implement and adapt company strategies to achieve set targets.
• Devise maintenance and engagement strategies for end users.
• Maintain excellent follow-up and relationships with end users.
• Identify and leverage upselling opportunities with end users.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major
• Willingness to work at predefined locations/on-site (Kotabaru, Yogyakarta).
• Demonstrated experience in direct sales.
• Strong communication skills and effective time and task management abilities.
• Proficiency in negotiation and retention techniques.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.
