Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Offline Marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target demographics, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate offline strategies with digital efforts for a cohesive brand message.
Campaign Management: - Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end Offline Marketing campaigns, including but not limited to print media, direct mail, events, sponsorships, and traditional advertising.
- Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Event Management: - Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Oversee logistics, booth design, collateral creation, and staff coordination for successful event execution.
- Evaluate the success of events and propose adjustments for future activities.
Collateral Development: - Supervise the creation and production of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional materials.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all offline channels.
Public Relations: - Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key industry influencers.
- Draft press releases and coordinate media coverage to enhance brand visibility.
Budget Management: - Manage and allocate the Offline Marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to optimize costs.
Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with the digital marketing team, sales, and other departments to align offline efforts with overall business goals.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to gather insights and ensure consistent messaging.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (X years) in Offline Marketing, with a successful track record of planning and executing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of traditional marketing channels, including print, events, and direct mail.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
