Currently we hiring the position "Purchasing Trainee / On Job Training" for Our Strategic Partner in Bali.

Main Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing suppliers for various goods and services required by the organization.
• Learn to negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Learn to process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor order status and resolve any issues that may arise during the procurement process.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Learn inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
• Support in conducting periodic inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and ensure accuracy

Candidate's profile:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, supply chain management, or related field is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of procurement principles and practices is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
