Job Descriptions:
Conduct onboard training and device setup for Olsera customers, merchants and partners
Provide solutions, recommendations and guidance to solve customers' problems
Conduct direct visits to customer stores
Setting up Olsera's application on customer device
Working on ongoing projects
Conduct visits for aftersales service (maintenance) to Olsera customers, merchants and partners
Offering products to customers (upselling)
Job Qualifications:
Min. Education High School/ D3/ S1
Have good public speaking skills
Have a good understanding in IT field (network, POS software and hardware)
Fast-learner and adaptive
Experienced as tech support and familiar with POS system
