We seek a motivated and results-oriented Online Sales Staff to join our dynamic team. The Online Sales Staff will handle Online Sales inquiries, assist customers with product selection, process orders, and ensure a seamless online shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for sales.
Job Description :
- Develop and implement strategies to drive Online Sales growth across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok, and the company website.
- Monitor and analyze Online Sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective online promotions, campaigns, and content to drive sales.
- Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing to ensure accurate and timely updates across all Online Sales and channels.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns through online channels and provide excellent customer service to build customer loyalty and increase sales.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and fulfillment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing strategies to continuously improve Online Sales performance.
Qualifications :
- High school or Diploma or equivalent, with a preference for education in Marketing, Communication, Business, etc.
- Min. 1-year experience in sales, particularly in an online or e-commerce setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use Online Sales platforms, Microsoft Office, and other software tools.
- Motivated to achieve sales targets and performance goals with high standards of quality and integrity.
- Familiarity with the helmet industry, market trends, and competitors is a plus.
- Willing to fully WFO (Office located in Arcamanik, Bandung)
