Online Supervisor Overview 

Ensuring efficient stock management for online branches in Bali and Jakarta, supervising administrative staff in both locations, developing and executing advertising campaigns across various platforms, overseeing live streamers, analyzing online sales performance, proposing promotional campaigns, cultivating relationships with Shopee affiliates, and optimizing marketplace performance. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in stock control, administrative supervision, and online sales management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplace dynamics.

 Responsibilities 

• Ensure efficient stock management for online branches in Bali and Jakarta.
• Supervise administrative staff in Bali and Jakarta, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Develop and execute advertising campaigns across Meta, Marketplace, TikTok, and Google platforms to drive online sales and enhance brand visibility.
• Supervise live streamers in Bali, ensuring high-quality content delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Analyse online sales performance and prepare comprehensive reports highlighting key metrics and trends.
• Utilise insights to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable strategies.
• Propose and develop promotional campaigns and offers to boost sales performance and attract customers.
• Cultivate relationships with Shopee affiliates for both Shopee and TikTok platforms to expand online reach and drive sales.
• Optimise marketplace performance through strategic updates to landing pages, photo uploads, new release articles, and Shopee video uploads.
