Supporting Operations and Corporate Affairs department in conducting analysis and reporting process from Several departments in the Operations & Corporate Affairs division.
- Gathering information by observing business processes, workflows, reading the BI reports, conducting interviews, grab market data to identify the operational (production, WH, regulatory, product compliance) requirements and opportunities for improvement.
- Finding out the root cause for any issues occurred at operational sides.
- Develop and recommend the solutions or initiatives to solve the problem and prioritize those initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Close coordination with BPM and other stakeholders to develop new processes, procedures, and systems to enhance operations.
- Examine effectively the data to figure out what is important to the problem and which methods are best to analyze it.
- Use statistical methods to analyze information and develop solutions to business issues.
- Reporting based on the results of analysis.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's or master's degree from reputable company; majoring Civil Engineer; Economy, Business Management
- Background Industry: Manufacture, FMCG, Logistic, Electronic Industry
- Year of experience 3 - 5 Year's
