Operation Planning & Growth

Responsibilities : 

1. Conduct data analysis focusing on operations metrics to perform a gap analysis of oversla parcel.
2. Create a transparent and meaningful data dashboard for Ops stakeholders.
3. Simulate data to establish a new speed standard for business purposes.Create strategic improvement projects to reduce lead time.
4. Collaborate with various ops and non-ops departments regarding the status quo of operations metrics.
5. Ensure that the targeted shipper profile achieves the target lead time.

Requirements : 

1. Bachelor’s degree from Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistic or Supply Chain
2. 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably from the supply chain industry or consulting company
3. Proven success in working within dynamic and complex environments
4. A data-driven mindset. Able to transform data into actionable Insights.
5. Curious and have strong project management skills in order to lead strategic initiatives and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
6. Basic knowledge for automation/SQL/Python or analytics tools Tableau/Datastudio/PowerBI etc is a plus
