Job Responsibilities :
- Handling reports on competitors' product research.
- Supporting the HO in improving and developing products, including reviewing new features and testing before going live.
- Supporting the operation team in daily tasks and acting as a bridge communicator between HO and the operation team.
- Creating reports for the Operation team on a weekly basis, AFPI, and OJK on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Assisting the Operation Manager in daily operational activities.
- Supporting the Operation Manager in additional tasks.
Requirements :
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related fields.
- Required language(s): Proficient communication skills in English. Mandarin is a must
- Demonstrated interest in the Fintech industry.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, databases, and systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Willing to work in the BSD, Tangerang.
