Operation & Product (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Responsibilities :

• Handling reports on competitors' product research.
• Supporting the HO in improving and developing products, including reviewing new features and testing before going live.
• Supporting the operation team in daily tasks and acting as a bridge communicator between HO and the operation team.
• Creating reports for the Operation team on a weekly basis, AFPI, and OJK on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Assisting the Operation Manager in daily operational activities.
• Supporting the Operation Manager in additional tasks.

Requirements : 

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related fields.
• Required language(s): Proficient communication skills in English. Mandarin is a must
• Demonstrated interest in the Fintech industry.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, databases, and systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Willing to work in the BSD, Tangerang.
