Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration, operations, and management of the Learning Centre.
- Responsible for the growth and overall profitability of the Learning Centre (sales, marketing, and business development).
- Accountable for meeting sales targets.
- Make decisions with sound business judgment.
- Delegate tasks effectively to staff.
- Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for students and parents.
- Maintain cleanliness and conducive learning environments.
- Schedule classes and timetables.
- Attend to, respond to, and manage customer inquiries and requests.
- Provide excellent customer service to parents and students.
- Manage expectations of parents and students.
- Perform front desk and administrative duties.
- Ensure the maintenance of professional standards at the Learning Centre as determined by HQ.
- Conduct research related to marketing and business development.
- Deliver presentations.
- Be open to training and learning various job positions.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma (in any field).
- Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience working in schools or education settings is preferred.
- Preferable experience includes, but is not limited to, education centers, sales, retail, and food and beverage.
- Must have a genuine fondness for children.
- Ability to manage stress and handle difficult situations effectively.
- Candidates should possess a cheerful disposition and excellent communication skills at all levels and be customer-oriented.
- Strong managerial skills and good business acumen are necessary.
- Candidates need to be good team players with a positive "Can Do" attitude.
- Proficient in spoken English.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
