Vasanta Group is currently looking for "Operational Excellence" with details as below

Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency in real estate workflows.
• Conduct data analysis to optimize key performance indicators and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure teams possess the skills needed for optimal performance.
• Monitor and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead projects from conception to completion, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.
• Handle compliance and business processes 
• Create SOP and policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  3+ years of experience in Operational Excellence or process improvement roles within the real estate sector.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analytics tools, and knowledge of industry best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proven project management experience; certification is a plus.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to do WFO at Alam Sutera, Tangerang
