Operational Head:
- Overseeing daily business operations, Coordinating Production, Store Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain.
- Developing and implementing growth strategies, through New Store Opening and online strategies.
- Able to Maintain Customer Satisfaction. Training low-level managers and staff.
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
District Manager:
- Overview day to day shop sales performance and creating strategy for target achievement
- Analyzing Shop Performance (through Sales, ESP Audit and Mystery Shopper Audit report).
- Conduct weekly meeting with Cafe Supervisors
- Preparing daily sales reports and other reports required within due date
- Monitoring shop expenses associated with equipment repair, shop maintenance, utilities and other expenditures
Trainer/Operational:
- Melakukan pembuatan Training Plan.
- Membuat Report & Evaluasi Pelatihan yang Dibutuhkan berdasarkan Training Need Analysis (TNA).
- Membuat dan Mengatur Jadwal Kegiatan Pelatihan.
- Membuat, Mereview dan Mengarsip Dokumen Pelatihan.
- Handle terkait Adminsitrasi Pelatihan.
- Mengumpulkan Training Need Analysis (TNA) seluruh karyawan.
