Responsibilities
• Ensure smooth operations in the F&B area• Maintain service quality and cleanliness for guests in the F&B area• Achieve income targets from the restaurant• Analyze and control Food Cost, Beverage Cost, and Sundry Cost• Control expenses in the F&B area/Budgeting• Train and evaluate staff performance• Monitor industry trends, latest technology, and consumer interests for innovation and product improvement• Evaluate operational performance in achieving company's sales targets• Ensure compliance and assessment of Food Safety and work safety procedures• Ensure all outlets operate according to strategic company goals
Requirements
• Maximum age of 35 years• Minimum education of D3/S1 in any major• Experience as an Area Manager/Operation Manager in F&B, preferably with experience in handling 5-10 branch stores• Knowledge and experience in F&B-related field• Ability to process data and good computer/system literacy (Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel)• Leadership, problem-solving, time management, initiative, and communication skills• Placement in Morowali store
