AlamatWe are in search of an experienced Operations Head to oversee our Supply Chain, warehouse management, and overall operational activities from our office in Yogyakarta.
This crucial position is tailored for an individual with a robust background in the FMCG, startup, or F&B sectors, with a strong preference for candidates with expertise in the agriculture, fertilizer, or agricultural machinery industries.
The ideal candidate will be adept at streamlining operations, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our Supply Chain to support our mission of sustainable agricultural development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the entire Supply Chain from procurement to distribution, ensuring operational excellence, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency in line with our sustainability goals.
- Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, logistics, and distribution, to ensure they meet current needs and are scalable for future growth.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maximize quality and efficiency in all aspects of the Supply Chain and warehouse management.
- Work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations, timely delivery of products, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and optimize logistical operations, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and safety protocols to uphold our commitment to sustainable and ethical practices.
- Monitor and report on operational performance, using data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and improvements.
Qualifications :
- Willing to work based in Yogyakarta
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with knowledge of the agriculture, fertilizer, or agricultural machinery sectors.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record in Supply Chain and warehouse management, preferably in the FMCG, startup, F&B, or related industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to improve operational processes and efficiency.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain management, logistics, and inventory control practices, with a commitment to sustainability and ethical practices.
- Proficient in using Supply Chain and warehouse management software, as well as standard office software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to adapt and respond to the fast-paced and changing needs of the business.
