-Build good relationships with merchants to grow together -Growing merchants through approaching them to join promos or apps -Managing administrative activity to support and collaborate with the internal team related to submission -Supporting Merchant Operations through administrative works -Doing a data collection and organizing to be reported regularly to the leader in the city -Being responsible to identify merchant needs through generating insights from set of data -Organize and maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and other relevant documentation. -Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales-related documents, such as contracts, proposals, and presentations. -Collect and analyze sales data, including performance metrics, customer trends, and sales forecasts, to provide insights and recommendations for sales strategy improvement.
-Prepare regular reports summarizing key sales metrics and trends for use by the sales team and management. QUALIFICATIONS: -D3/S1 Graduate from any major -Min. 1 year experience in administrative role, supporting sales / commercials (Account Management / Senior Account Management) -Proficient in working with Excel, compiling and operating data in spreadsheet; familiar in using vlookup, hlookup, pivot -Lives in Samarinda, could join asap.
