Operations Excellence Intern

Position Summary:

The Operations Excellence Intern will be responsible for systematically documenting all company-wide processes, with a focus on business and operational aspects. This role involves detailed analysis, identification of pain points, and gathering requirements for potential improvements in current processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive reviews and documentations of existing business and operational processes across the company.

• Collaborate with various departments to understand and map out each process in detail.

• Identify and report on pain points, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies within current processes.

• Gather requirements and suggestions for process improvements from stakeholders at all levels.

• Develop a clear, concise, and easily navigable documentation system accessible to all stakeholders.

• Present findings and recommendations to management for potential process optimizations.

• Work under the guidance of the operations team to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.

Job Specification:

• Educational Background:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
