Operations Executive  

- Responsible for day-to-day logistics operational work including but not limited to:

1. Generate documents for postal operation
2. Support daily enquiries by clients
3. Update internal monitoring status to ensure the consistency of our service quality
4. Other duties assigned by manager

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Mandarin-speaking is a must
• Customer Service Experience is a bonus
• Ecommerce Experience is a bonus
