Operations Executive (Semarang)

Job Responsibilities
Set the team's vision, direction, and culture by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals in the region.
Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization's mission.
Ensure the adoption of digital tools in finance dealers.
Manage dealer inventory funding and dealer performance monitoring
Monitor daily operations, including TAT.
Complete inventory control and management using the company inventory management system.
Vetting dealer applications and taking necessary action.
Providing accurate & timely information (MIS) on all key business parameters to the senior management as well as other team members.
Job Qualifications
A good understanding of inventory funding, collateral-based financing, and or has banking background is added value.
Used to work in a start-up environment and work closely with cross-functional teams i.e. Sales Team and Credit Team.
Possess a process-driven and time-bound.
Team player and excellent communication skills.
Analytical thinking and strong MS Office knowledge.
