Departemental goal

To manage all operational requests (transportation, guide service, hotel accommodation, car rentals, tours, trains, ferries, recreational activities, flight tickets, etc.) and tasks in a timely manner (within 24 hours) with professionalism.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make arrangements for transportation, guide service, hotel accommodation, car rentals, tours, trains, ferries, flights, recreational activities etc.
  • To provide effective and timely delivery of travel arrangements with local service providers as requested by Khiri clients (agents and individuals).
  • To coordinate travel arrangements where necessary with other Khiri Branches and country offices.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and other colleagues in different departments to ensure a smooth confirmation process.
  • To proactively resolve any complaints and answer any questions and concerns regarding services, procedures.
  • Brief tour leaders, guides, drivers on their upcoming trips, stressing client’s expectations and client’s special needs.
  • Revert proactively to the Sales team and to other Khiri departments deemed as necessary on the feasibility of trip requests.
  • Nurture excellent relations with local providers, other Khiri entities and with clients when necessary.
  • Ensure that all information for a trip is provided to the client in a timely and professional manner.
  • Advise on weather conditions, road block due to special events, restaurants, tourist attractions, local festivals etc.
  • Provide information on customs and immigration regulations, papers, passports, vaccinations, exchange rates etc.
  • Administrative support. Issue, gather and prepare all documents required such as tickets, vouchers as needed.
  • Provide feedback on service providers to the Management when quality of service by service provider/s is compromised, delayed or below Khiri standard.
  • Ad hoc visits to inspect restaurants and hotels to evaluate the comfort, cleanliness, safety and customer satisfaction.
  • To pro-actively embrace the IT backbone of the company; K360, Basecamp and KMP
  • Be fully knowledgeable on necessary SOP’s and company standards
  • Be fully knowledgeable on sustainability standards and ensure these are executed by our suppliers
  • Ad hoc tasks as needed and requested by the company, always with a smile.
  • Teamwork for a successful Khiri Travel Indonesia.
  • this position will require sustainability training and to be part of our green team


What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent command in spoken and written English
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field
  • Able to thrive under pressure
  • Possess excellent time management
  • Problem-solving mentality
  • Positive attitude, sincere desire to learn on the job and open to continuous improvement
  • Responsible team player who can also thrive working independently
