Operative Buyer Intern - 6 Months Contract

Role Summary

Responsible to control / maintain purchase info record and source list in SAP, monitor the open purchase order, coordinate with all suppliers to reduce the old purchase order and update the KPI in Logistics. 

Role Responsibilities

• Running info record report
• Update PIR by checking stock availability / MTS-MTO 
• Update source list
• Running open purchase order and analyze the aging 
• Coordinate with supplier to reduce the old order
• KPI administration 

Role Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or bachelor's degree from Logistics/Supply Chain or another related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Have a good data analysis skills
• Have a good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English both writing and speaking 
• Have a good initiative and conscientious 
• Proficient in Ms. Excel & Ms. Word
• Willing to be placed in North Jakarta
