Responsibilities :
- Responsible to handle-end-to-end live stream operations across the channel (Tiktok, Shopee, etc)
- Lead the live stream team in the day-to-day operation
- Explore and plan campaign strategies that align with the current trends in order to drive the company GMV
- Prepare weekly & monthly perfomance review and reevaluate processes
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Have minimal 2 year experience in a related role (used to work with influencers or agencies is preferred)
- Experience in building and managing a team fro scratch
- Strong analytical skills, a data driven person and proficient wit Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
