Order Management Officer

Job Descriptions:

• Do daily downstream order validation based on daily cut off
• Communicate all valid order to proceed by related PIC and do quick fix if any issue
• Do daily RO approval status in timely manner
• Mapping & gather information related to reject/cancel status by daily

Job Requirements:

• Graduated from reputable university with any background of education
• Good communication, can work under pressure, discipline, detail oriented, and fast response
• Good skill in operating google spreadsheet, excel, etc
• Excellent work with multiple project/ task simultaneously
• Having knowledge of purchasing process
