Order Process Staff

Qualification :

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent.
• Required Skill(s): procurement, administration, engineering
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Advanced Self-Driving & Fast-Response, Logical Thinking, Advanced Communication to all level, Target Oriented Mindset
• Willing to work in Deltasilicon III, Lippo Cikarang
• Able to join Immediately

Job Role :

• Receive and Verify Purchase Order
• Enter order into ERP System
• Order for the shortage parts Via ERP System to fulfill the order
• Generate Bill of Material (BOM), Part/Unit List for Assembly/Delivery
• Liaise with shipping & Production Dept. for the delivery
• Delivery Arrangement and related activity.
• Generate and send order Acknowledgements (OA), Delivery Order, Invoice, Etc
• Any Order Ad-Hocs in related to Order Process activity
