Job Requirements for ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as organizational development, organizational psychology, or human resources field
• Strong experience with organization design & flow, 360 feedback, team assessments, and the tools/programs to gather data
• Critical thinker, self-motivated; takes initiative and is action-oriented
• Basic understanding of facility functions and cross-functional operations
• Willing to work in Alam Sutera, Tangerang
