- Support reporting of dynamic organizational and People Development activities and programs.
- Support in reporting and controlling the analysis of job and technical competencies development.
- Assist in controlling and reporting on training schedules
- Assist in controlling planning versus actual delivery of daily and monthly cultural activities.
Meminta
- Last year student or fresh graduate from industrial engineering/Psychology major with min GPA 3.5/4.0
- Having knowledge about business and people development.
- Familiar with MS Office (Excel & Power Point) & Canva.
- Available for at least 3 months.
- Fluent in English will be plus.
