- Excellent in operating Ms. Office

- Analyze and create organization framework from job description, roles and responsibility, job value, organization structure for achieving organization effectiveness
- Design and create soft and technical competency for every job including assessment processes and tools
- Maintained and increase productivity in multi purpose function's business
- Monitoring headcount
- Supporting semester & annual performance review
- Assist in the design and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs
