Cermati is a financial technology (fintech) startup based in Indonesia. Cermati simplifies the process of finding and applying for financial product by bringing everything online so people can shop around for financial products online and can apply online without having to physically visit a bank.

We have graduates from well known universities such as Universitas Indonesia, ITB, Stanford, University of Washington, Cornell and many others. • Create and update organization structure periodically
• Conduct Job Analysis, Job Description, and Job Evaluation
• Collaborate with superiors to formulate the company's soft and technical competency dictionary 
• Handle employee performance management (planning, monitoring, and evaluation)

• Bachelor degree of Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or Management
• 2 years of working experience as an Organization Development Officer (preferred over financing company)
• Strong in analytical thinking, communication, and administrative skills
