Outlet Crew

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Outlet Crew members in our outlet at Jakarta Timur (TMII). As a Outlet Crew member, you will play a crucial role in creating a delightful experience for our customers by serving high-quality gelato and providing excellent customer service. This position involves a variety of tasks, from preparing and serving gelato to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of gelato flavors according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product recommendations, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Accurately handle customer transactions, including operating cash registers and processing payments.
• Keep the outlet area clean and organized. This includes cleaning equipment, countertops, and maintaining a sanitary environment.
• Monitor and restock gelato ingredients, toppings, and supplies as needed. Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages.
• Work effectively as part of a team, communicate with team members, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• While prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, it is not mandatory. We welcome individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to engage with customers and address their needs.
• Ability to work well within a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately, ensuring consistency in gelato preparation. Attention to cleanliness and maintaining a tidy workspace.
• Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and performing physically demanding tasks associated with the role.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and evenings.
• Basic understanding of food safety practices and adherence to hygiene standards.
