·         Maintenance relationship with the agents worldwide

·         Doing collaboration with agent and operational department for shipment

·         Handling & monitoring also ensures shipments run smoothly & without problems

Job Requirements

·         Bachelor's degree in business, administrative management, English literature or related fields

·         Minimum of 1-3 years of working experience as a Sales Support or in an equivalent role

·         Strong communication skills and proficiency in administrative tasks

·         Effective time management skills

·         Exceptional attention to detail

·         Fluent in English, both written and spoken

·         Experienced in using Microsoft Office

·         Disciplined, responsible, loyal, able to work in a team
