The Company: Luxso Villas & Resorts is an emerging leader in the luxury hospitality sector, with multiple properties set to launch in Bali in 2024 and 2025. Luxso is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team and contribute to our vision of redefining luxury experiences.

Position Overview: The Owner Relations Representative (Native Russian Speaking) at Luxso Villas & Resorts will manage relationships and communications with our Russian speaking unit owners. This position requires regular communication, relationship building, and ensuring owners are informed and satisfied with the result and performance of our resorts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Owner Relationship Management:
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with Russian-speaking owners.
   • Be the primary contact person for Russian-speaking owners, addressing inquiries and providing updates on resort performance.
   • Facilitate the seamless transition of owners relationship from the developer's sales team to Luxso Management.
2. Communication and Reporting:
   • Regularly communicate with owners through phone, email, and in-person meetings, to provide updates on resort performance.
   • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on the financial performance of individual units and the overall resort to owners.
3. Team Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, operations, and property management to address owner issues.
   • Work closely with the Sales & Reservations team to coordinate owner bookings and reservations effectively.

Requirements:

• Native Russian speaker with fluent English.
• Experience in Business, Hospitality Management, or similar.
• Strong personal and communication skills, and customer focused.
• Experience in client relationship management in hospitality or real estate.
• Ability to interpret and explain financial reports and performance metrics.

This position requires a Native Russian speaker and work and residency permits (KITAS) will be supplied by the company.
