Packaging Development Supervisor

Summary:

This position responsible to ensure the implementation and compliance to cGMP requirements in area existing and new Packaging Development. This includes testing of incoming new packaging materials, designing (technical drawing) new and existing product including artwork coordination, approval form, technical discussion with supplier, coordinating trial for new primary packaging materials, stability monitoring of new primary packaging materials, and preparing or revision the packaging materials specification and test method, creation of new packaging batch record. 

Requirements:

- Graduated from Bachelor Degree, preferably from Pharmacy

- Having at least 4 years as Packaging Development in Pharmaceutical of FMCG Industry

- Able to operate software including Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, etc

- Having knowledge about GxP and deep understanding about packaging regulation

- Good communication skills and coordination across functions

- Able to work well under tight timeline

- Fluent in English both writing and speaking

- Placement in Cikarang 

Job Descriptions:

- Propose design and finalization artwork for new & existing products.

- Ensuring that packaging products meet set requirements and specifications.

- Manage packaging samples throughout the process and run trials to check packaging for suitability and testing.

- Create documents and validation of packaging on pilot scale and commercial batches.

- Calculate packaging requirements for trial and commercial batch; conduct stability testing for packaging change

- Responsible for making packaging material specifications and item code for new packaging materials.

- Work with across functions on pre-production runs, ensuring customer approval of packaging; including all packaging-related issues.
