Painting Inspector

Role Description:

• Supervise Quality Control activities to determine conformity of the painting results to customer specifications through inspection and testing
• Identify any non-conformities for rectification 
• Liaise with the Project Quality Head regarding the effectiveness of the Project Quality Plan/Procedures that are necessary for achievement of product quality and propose amendments wherever necessary
• Evaluate all non-conformities and carry out the rectification process accordingly
• Co-ordinate with QC/NDT/Certification/Welding Engineer in ensuring all coating quality issues are addressed and technical solutions are provided
• Appraisal of product quality according to Project Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plan and determine all conformities/non-conformities 
• Ensure accuracy and effectiveness of reporting and liaise with customers wherever necessary
