Part Quality Assurance

Requirement: 

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electronic Engineer with experience as part/product Quality Assurance at metal stamping company
2. Have Skill and Knowledge in measurement equipment like CMM, PP, SS
3. Able to use mechanical/electrical measurement tools
4. Able to read technical drawing
5. Fluent communication in English (written and verbal) and having a good skill in presentation as well
6. Have Knowledge of Supplier Quality and Process improvements (advantage)
7. Able to work as individual and as a team
8. Have Good Discipline and  Attitude 

Job responsibility:

1. Responsible to Material Quality & Improvement
2. Follow Up Material / Part Quality problem  ( Verification, Justification, Investigation, report and presentation
3. Feedback quality issue to supplier and follow up suppliers 8Ds report and verify the effectiveness
4. Supervising Leader, Assist Leader and below in Incoming Inspection process.
5. Communicate with Batam/ overseas supplier on Part Quality issue for verify / screening /rework / RTV
