As a part-time Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting Experienced Trainers for our courses.

More specifically you will:

• Collaborate with the Learning and Development Team to understand the requirements and qualifications of Trainers hiring.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their technical skills, experience, and administrations as trainers.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Communicate and negotiate with trainers to define schedules and ensure their availability for training sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records of candidate interactions and hiring activities, as well as documenting in a report.

Qualifications:

• Min 3-4 years of proven experience as Talent Acquisition/Recruiter/Business Development. Experienced in recruiting for Trainer/SME/Tech/Soft skills talents are preferred.
• Having a solid database of candidates for Trainer/SME/Tech roles.
• Strong proficiency of various sourcing strategies and recruitment platforms, as well as social media.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and analytical skill.
• Ability to handle scheduling conflicts and make adjustments efficiently.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player.
