Partnership Manager

Finfra is a rapidly growing Embedded Lending as a Service company, providing a one-stop shop for businesses seeking to launch lending services in Indonesia. Our cutting-edge platform integrates seamlessly with our clients' systems to streamline their lending operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee demonstration calls with prospective clients.
• Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships.
• Generate leads through strategic outbound sales strategies.
• Identify potential clients businesses within the agritech, e-commerce, payment providers and supply chain sectors.
• Engage in negotiations with C-level and managerial executives, managing MoUs, NDAs, and commercial agreements.
• Work closely with the technology, product, and legal teams on partnership-related initiatives.
• Identify and onboard startups in the Southeast Asia (SEA) region operating in Indonesia, seeking to introduce financial services via Finfra.

A bit about you: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in sales and business development roles within the Financial Services, E-commerce, Agri-tech and anything related to supply chain industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of the sales process.
• Experience organizing and delivering product demos or presentations
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry and work independently.
• Fluency in English is a must - both verbal and written English skills
