Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee demonstration calls with prospective clients.
- Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships.
- Generate leads through strategic outbound sales strategies.
- Identify potential clients businesses within the agritech, e-commerce, payment providers and supply chain sectors.
- Engage in negotiations with C-level and managerial executives, managing MoUs, NDAs, and commercial agreements.
- Work closely with the technology, product, and legal teams on partnership-related initiatives.
- Identify and onboard startups in the Southeast Asia (SEA) region operating in Indonesia, seeking to introduce financial services via Finfra.
Qualifications
A bit about you:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business development roles within the Financial Services, E-commerce, Agri-tech and anything related to supply chain industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of the sales process.
- Experience organizing and delivering product demos or presentations
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry and work independently.
- Fluency in English is a must - both verbal and written English skills
