Job Description:
- Identify, cultivate and manage existing partnership with banks and establishing new ones for events and programmes
- Use data and benchmarks to advise partners on how to excel with the company
- Identify Partner's needs and execute strategies to meet those needs.
- Maintain working relationships across functional leaders (Branch, Sales, Product, Finance)
- Responsible for presentations, proposals, plans, contact reports and secure agreement's approval
- Host meetings with Partners and the company's senior leaders
- Responsible for monthly reviews on programs' successes, hurdles and reports
- Manage and resolve problems to ensure achievement of targets
- Establish, develop, and manage win-win relationships with Partners' PICs
- Have strong corporate connections for collaboration & sponsorship activities.
Job Requirements:
- 4-year experience and proven track record in partnership, business development or key account management
- Have a good english (write and speak)
- Excellent in looking professional, confident and maintaining a good impression
- Excellent analytical skills, stakeholder management skills and communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility and persistence.
- Experience in managing win-win relationship
- Strong effectiveness at working seamlessly
- Highly motivated self-starter, matured, independent and with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong conflict resolution, problem solving and active listening skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking and financial products
