Patient Relations (Medical Doctor)

Major function of this position is to take care of and handle patient or customer complains, particularly health-related issue as well as provide information and relevant services.

Requirement:

• Bachelor holder and profession from Medicine Faculty
• Age 25-32 years old
• Minimum 2 years experience in hospital management
• Show excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Customer oriented and able to handle complain
• Fluent in both oral & written English
• Computer literate
