Uraian Tugas

This position is part of a team dedicated to the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting along with tight fiscal controls, in particular the production of fortnightly payroll and associated reporting.

Responsibilities:

  •        To review and ensure Team Member records in the system are updated by Human Resources for:- New employment-basic salary, service charge, Overtime, Allowance, Annual Leave, etc.- Resignation – Deletion- Increment – Basic Salary
  •       To maintain the integrity of the payroll system and ensuring proper records are kept.
  •      Has an excellent knowledge of Indonesian’s Labor Law ensuring the correct rate of pay are entered into the system and paid to employees.
  •       Ensures that all the correct paperwork is received and correctly completed and authorization for overtime.
  •       To feedback to Human Resources in the event of inconsistency/error of employee records and personal details.
  •       Ensures that all applications for leave are paid correctly and in timely fashion.
  •      To liaise with Human Resources on Annual Leave tracking to ensure accuracy of month end accrual of annual leaves balances.
  •      Completes the pay run each fortnight or month and completes the labour analysis reports immediately after the pay run is complete. This includes:
  •       Expatriate salary summary.
  •       Productivity Report
  •       Completes other analysis as requested.
  •       Distributes the pay slips as per standards.
  •       Patiently and empathically deals with any enquiries staff have in relation to their pay.
  •       Prepares the monthly worksheets and remits the month end cheques for the following statutory payment:
    - Income tax for Pph21
    - Provident Funds.
    - Worker’s Insurance (Jamsostek)
    - HRD Fund.
  •       Prepare/track/compile monthly expatriate income tax accrual and submit/pay to relevant authorities. Annually to liaise between designated tax agent and Expatriate TMs for to ensure timely submission of expatriate tax returns.
  •        Advised AFC/DOF/HRD/HRM on any changes of statute pertaining to labour law.
  •        Prepares and distributes SPT forms for both employees and the Tax Department annually.
  •        Performs any reasonable additional task in order that the department functions smoothly.
  •        Is flexible in relation to hours worked especially at month end.
  •        Keeps the HR Director/HR Manager informed of all potential payroll or employee issues.

• Ability to analyses large volume of complex financial information from many sources and create reports, forecasts, and projections
• Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate
• Ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problems
• Ability to help develop problem solving skills among direct reports and other team members as appropriate
• Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize and implement all elements required for team to fulfil responsibilities
• Detail oriented and organized
• Ability to develop presentations and effectively present to all levels of company, hotels & owners.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (all levels of management and external customers)
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook with the ability to quickly learn new programs when required

Additional Preferences:
University degree in Accounting or Finance
