Payroll Specialist

REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field may be preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years experience working in payroll or a similar role.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles, payroll practices, WHT Article 21 calculation & administration, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan.
• Familiar with Indonesian Labor Law will be an advantage.
• Experience working with accounting and payroll software / SAP.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High numerical aptitude.
• Detail-oriented.
• Able to maintain data confidentiality.
