Job Descriptions:

• Re image windows
• Troubleshoot & maintence software/ hardware, replacement hardware
• Install/troubleshoot office 365
• Handling Windows 10 or Windows 11
• Troubleshoot network
• Install & troubleshoot printer
• Can join domain
• coordination and collaboration with other division

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree from reputable university

• Have experience 1-3 years’ as PC Support

• Have experience for handling Win 10 or Win 11,

• Able to do troubleshooting PC NB Printer & LAN

• Have experience handle endpoint security (more advantage)

• Experienced in Office 365

• replacement PC & NB
