Job Description: 

• Assist training program process
• Do the research and analysis about development program 
• Make a recap from the assessment results
• Compile data & responsible for administrative things
• Involved in any assigned development project

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree graduates from Psychology or related majors
• Have an interest in learning & development
• Have experience conducting assessments tools
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Willing to work at our HQ office in Bandung
• Available for 3 months contract
