Our People Development intern will assist on levelling up our talent as well as contribute to training activities in the company.

What You Will Do :
- Assist to create and / or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
- Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, and simulations.
- Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
- Assesses training materials prepared by instructors.
- Ensuring the effectivity of learning programs implementation through conducting post-learning evaluation
- Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
- Performs other related duties as required.
What You Will Bring to the Role :
- Fresh Graduate majoring in Psychology / Human Capital Management major or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia both verbal and written
- Active in organizations in-campus or off-campus, and have great project management skills
- Have the hunger to learn something new and a great problem solver
- Collaborative and have great interpersonal communications skills
