Job Description

• Understand the concept, method, and measurement of employee engagement strategy including employee recognition and rewards to ensure high level of employee happines and productivity.
• Understand the concept of corporate culture with the method of aligning and communicating the culture throughout the organization in addition to create system and organize event to encourage buy in towards the culture.
• Create and implement programs at work that connect employees with business goals.
• Implement organizational effectiveness interventions.
• Create competency models.
• Develop team-building exercises and workshops.
• Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals.
• Coordinate employee engagement & culture specialist and system development & HRM administration specialist to achieve high level of employee engagement and afficient administrative processes.
• Employee Engagement Survey.

Job Specification

• Bachelor/Master Degree from reputable university.
• Min. 8 years experience in same position.
• Demonstrated high level of leadership, communication and presentation skill.
• Willing to work onsite, and travelling if needed.
