We are seeking a dynamic People Engagement Officer to drive employee satisfaction and cultivate a positive workplace culture. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive onboarding programs, coordinating grooming standards, and executing cultural initiatives to ensure a harmonious and engaged work environment.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience for at least 1-2 years in developing and executing employee engagement strategies.
- Previous experience in cultural integration initiatives within a corporate setting.
- Understanding of human resources principles and best practices.
- Familiar with onboarding processes and has the ability to design and implement effective programs.
- Analytical mindset to assess and coordinate grooming standards and cultural programs.
- Strong project management skills & organizational skills and also has creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to enhance employee engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and also proactive and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently as well as team player who can collaborate with diverse groups.
Job Description:
- Design and execute a comprehensive onboarding program, ensuring new employees swiftly understand and integrate into the organizational fabric.
- Translate and lead the execution of cultural integration programs, fostering enthusiasm and a strong sense of belonging among employees for sustained positive contributions.
- Assess the internalization needs for cultural programs, ensuring they align seamlessly with our organizational vision and mission.
- Be part of the growth and evolution of the company culture through employee engagement and feedback.
- Establish a top-down and bottom-up approach to engaging employees through dynamic circumstances.
- Responsible for employee engagement survey and the action plan monitoring for the company.
- Execute an annual calendar that includes employee engagement events, communications, and campaigns.
- Responsible for internal campaigns, employee messaging, updates and also internal communication systems (internal Newsletter) to deliver the message.
