People Operations Officer (Contract 12 Months)

This role will be exposed to heavy administrative task, managing end to end HR transaction & activities including support on payroll process & benefits administration, compliance regulatory, on-boarding & off-boarding data.

As People Operations Officer, you will be based in our Head Office at Ps. Rebo - East Jakarta.

Your responsibilities:

• HRIS data admin: Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting relevant employee lifecycle information, such as personal data, contract terms, and benefits and compensation details
• HR compliances: Define and implement internal HR practices that secure compliance with labor laws
• Onboarding and offboarding support: Create frameworks for educational sessions of new hires including feedback and exit interviews for terminated employees
• Data verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of all personnel data, including NDAs, compensation, and employment contracts

What we ask?

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business Administration with min. GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
• At least 1 year of working experience in HR administrative role.
• Meticulous and strong numerical literacy, especially in dealing with data.
• Advanced skill in Ms. Excel is a must.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Good communicator, listener & pro-active approach.
• Possessed strong can do attitude.
• Willing to work under 12 months contract of employment.
