Job Desc : 

1. Analyze organization structure 

2. Develop performance management system 

3. Create effective organization strategic planning methods 

4. Implement organizational effectiveness interventions 

5. Create competency models 

6. Handling Talent Management cycle such as Individual Development Plan, People movement, and Succession plan 

7. Diagnose potential organizational problem areas 

8. Recommend training and development systems 

Requirements : 

1. Experienced as an OD for at least 2 year 

2. Experienced in creating organizational structure, job description, job analysis, job evaluation, performance management and man power planning 3. Min. Bachelor degree 

4. Good in English both written and spoken 

5. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
