Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking a contract Performance Marketing Manager for a hybrid role at our Denpasar location that is open to some work from home. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our clients Performance Marketing campaigns, including strategy development, budget management, and ROI optimization. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, and regularly report performance metrics to monitor and adjust campaigns as needed.

• At least 3 years of experience in a Performance Marketing role
• Strong knowledge of online advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Programmatic Display
• Solid understanding of marketing metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and ROI
• Ability to think strategically about marketing campaigns, analyze data, and make suggestions for optimization
• Experience managing budgets and forecasting performance
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills
